Not all is woe at Belmont Park this weekend as Virginia-bred Redeemed won the $200,000 Brooklyn Handicap Gr.2 by 10 lengths.  Setting the pace the entire way, note the clean blinkers on the four-year-old bay colt who covered the mile and a half in 2:28.89.  Ramon Dominquez delivered the winner.

Redeemed has won 7 of his 12 starts including the $100,000 Discovery Handicap Gr.3 at Aqueduct and the $400,000 Oklahoma Derby at Remington Park.  Bred by Wayne and Susie Chatfield-Taylor’s Morgan Ford Farm, Redeemed is by Include out of Early Mass by Pleasant Tap.
