The Virginia HBPA will host their Annual Membership Meeting
on Sunday, May 20th at 4 p.m. at Buchanan Hall in Upperville.
The event will include food and drink as well as a panel of
speakers entrenched in Virginia racing and Colonial Downs. The panel will include Virginia Racing
Commission Executive Secretary Bernie Hettle, State Veterinarian Dr. Rich
Harden, Racing Secretary Tyler Picklesimer, Colonial Downs Public Relations
Director Darrell Wood, and Track Superintendent J.D. Thomas.
