MONEY DRIFTS FROM BODEMEISTER

Now that wagering has begun on the Kentucky Derby, handicappers have gone counter to track handicapper Mike Battaglia and have established Union Rags as the Derby favorite.  With plenty of money now in the pools, it's unlikely that odds to win will change much through the rest of the day.  Bodemeister is 7-1 through midday at Churchill Downs after soaring to as much as 8-1.  With a little more backing, Gemologist (currently 8-1) could take over Bodemeister's position as the second choice.

Despite attracting large crowds outside of Baffert's barn 33, bettors have now made Union Rags the favorite.
