Simon Hobson’s Virginia-bred Forest Bell won his fourth
Virginia HBPA flat race for Virginia-bred/-sired horses at the Loudoun Hunt
Point-to-Point on Sunday. Under his
regular rider Eilidh Grant, the six-year-old gelding by Forestry, out of Mambo
bell by Kingmabo set the pace then turned back Snowbuster and won going away by
2 ½ lengths.
Forest Bell was bred by the late Edward P. Evans.
