Speaking of Churchill Downs...

-- Indian Charlie, commenting on Churchill Downs’ new and unpopular policy that allows the racetrack to keep half of a potential ticket purchasers deposit even if they don’t end up getting tickets. Churchill Downs spokesperson says the new policy is designed to defeat ticke brokers and the likelihood of getting tickets "is still significantly improved over what it was..."
