While the younger Evans hasn’t bred a horse that has won a three-year-old classic just yet, he has bred over 100 stakes winners including 2010 graded stakes winners Quality Road (Gr.1), Malibu Prayer (Gr.1) and A Little Warm (Gr.2).
The leading breeder in Virginia for nine of the past eleven years, Evans has bred over 1,000 foals which have won almost 600 races. At the time of his death, runners bred by Evans had won over $75 million and included ten millionaires.
Evans produced 14 Grade 1 winners, 17 Grade 2 winners and 18 Grade 3 stakes winners.
